Atomic is the raid-exclusive S-tier ability and the highest single-button burst-damage option in Anime Apocalypse. It is obtained from the raid drop pool at a 0.5% rate — not from the regular gacha. The Tier 1 redeemable code IAMATOMIC is themed around this ability.
